RETURN POLICY

Mila Fargo wants to ensure your absolute satisfaction. For Mila Fargo purchases made online, we will accept merchandise which is; Not worn, used, opened or damaged. For a full refund, exchange or credit, when accompanied by the original sale / return slip. Refunds may only be issued in the same form of payment. 

 

Full priced merchandise must be returned within 15 days from date of delivery; however, Sale merchandise is Non-refundable and is deemed final sale. Easy-to-follow instructions for returning Full price merchandise are included with each shipment. Provided that merchandise can be shipped back to Mila Fargo, follow the easy steps described your return slip. Upon receipt of merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an e-mail notification will be sent to you once the return has been processed.

Please use the return address slip enclosed in your package and include a copy of your invoice ( If available ) and email address.
Ship your package via trusted, recorded mail only.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For security reasons, Mila Fargo online purchases over $300.00

may require a signature upon delivery.

*Purchases will NOT be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

*Please allow One to Two business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

*Orders are processed and delivered:  Monday - Friday (10am - 5pm) Excludes public holidays.

 

MULTIPLE DELIVERY

Mila Fargo may at times fulfill your order from separate stock locations and as such you may receive various items on a single order from different stock locations and thus in different shipments. The delivery invoice inside your package will detail if you are receiving multiple shipments on one order.
